The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to all staff assigned to the properties under their direction. Support corporate mission and understand roles in achieving established goals. The Property Manager advocates on behalf of staff to enhance individual performance, as well as provide excellent customer service to residents. The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Candidates should have at least five years’ experience.
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistance Property Manager assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day property operations with an emphasis on leasing, conducting the recertification process as well as other clerical duties that may be assigned. Experience is preferred but similar prior experience will be considered.
The leasing agent will be responsible for leasing activities including showing apartments, conducting interviews, completing move in paperwork, recertifications, and other clerical duties needed to support the Property Management staff. Experience is preferred but similar prior experience will be considered.
Maintenance personnel work under the direction of the Property Manager and performs general repairs to apartment plumbing, electrical, cleaning and painting vacant apartments, stand call duty, work on the snow removal team. Must have five years’ experience in the building trades, reliable transportation and able to work weekends and holidays.
