VAHC’s primary business is to acquire develop, and manage affordable housing in R.I. and elsewhere. VAHC has an all volunteer, nine member Board of Directors with 4 officers; a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Pinnacle Property Management LLC
VAHC as a corporate entity, is also the sole Member of an LLC, “Pinnacle Property Management LLC”. Pinnacle has no directors and no officers of its own. Pinnacle’s sole activity is the management of multifamily residential real estate. It has 26 employees in either management, administrative or maintenance positions.
